Can you use a Vanilla Visa debit card to pay for Gaia Cash?

I just tried to buy 5000 Gaia Cash with my Vanilla Visa debit card, but it says that I can't use that type of card. I retyped the card number, thinking that I had made a mistake, but I didn't. The card is activated and everything…it just won't work. And I know it works other places because I've used it before. I have on it, too. Does Gaia just not accept Vanilla cards, but they do accept Visa Cash Cards? Because I've used Cash cards before from Visa and they worked. I've been looking forward to using the extra money left on the card for this Cash, too. Anything I can do to make it work, or am I just going to have to use it for something else?
