I live in iran and there are no Visa cards or master cards here & i really don’t wanna play on buggy private servers.

Im in Australia and currently with the commonwealth bank.
My interest rates are 13.9% on purchases and 19.9% on cash advances.
My interest rates keep going up.
Got any suggestions on which bank has the lowest interest rates for visa cards?
